Voyage au travers d'un tunnel de souvenirs dans lequel nous revivons nos moments de vie passée. Passer au travers de la masse de souvenirs qui se succèdent les uns après les autres, nous fait prendre conscience de ce que nous avons vécu. Chaque souvenir qui s'enchaîne est étroitement lié, même si les situations et les souvenirs ne se ressemblent pas. Ce que le cerveau recrée n'est autre qu'une liste de moments vécus en lien avec une pensée que nous avons introspecté plus tôt.
Pendant que nous vivons ce voyage de souvenirs interreliés, nous repassons par des émotions déjà vécues lors de ces moments. Nous les sur amplifions, en les revivant et en prenant conscience de ce qu'elles nous ont apporté.

A journey through a tunnel of memories in which we relive moments of our past life. Going through a sea of memories which succeed one another, allowing us to become conscious of what we have lived. Each memory is closely linked to the previous, even if situations and memories do not seem alike. That which the brain recreates is nothing other than a list of lived experiences, common to the earlier introspective thought.
While we live this journey of interrelated memories, we relive the associated emotions. We overemphasize them, as we resurrect them and become aware of what they gave us.
